Wadia group famous for Bombay dyeing has aimed to make three fourth revenue of his group by building homes, malls and offices. One of the top manufacturers of denims in the world Arvind mills whose owner is Sanjay Lalbhai is also estimating to earn high profit by spending in real estate industry. Sanjay Lalbhai said that real estate is a vital source of making profit for his company. Arvind mills are targeting to develop 600 acres of land in Bangalore and Gujarat by the end of 2012. It is regarded as one of the lucrative sectors for the companies. Many other business groups like Mahindras, Tatas and Godrejs who possess huge amount of land are planning to develop their land without the help of developers i.e. on their own.
