TATA housing subsidiary announces launch of Hill Township in Thane

A Hill Township christened as ‘New Haven’ is coming up at Vasind in Thane district of Maharashtra. ‘New Haven’ is being launched by Tata Housing Development Company under its wholly owned subsidiary named Smart Value Homes. This new project is spread on an area of 33-acres. The project will have 1,252 apartments that will include 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. According to a company press release these apartments will be offered at a price range of Rs 15 to 30 lakh.

Mr. Brotin Banerjee, the managing director and CEO of Tata Housing Development Company said that there is a huge demand for quality and affordable housing projects in India which is currently facing a shortfall of about 26-million housing units and this demand is still untapped. He further added that as a part of his company’s expansion plans ‘New Haven’ would seek to offer affordable housing space to people. This project is located strategically in a rapidly developing area of Mumbai. It is located at a distance of 1.5 km from Vasing railway station of the central line and enjoys close proximity to both Shahapur and Kalyan-Bhiwandi junction. ‘New Haven’ boasts of international design blended perfectly with latest amenities.
