NIREM to launch specialised course in real estate marketing/brokerage

The real estate sector is currently facing acute shortage of trained manpower for its functional areas like property sales, marketing, and brokerage etc. The shortage of skilled manpower in the real estate functional areas of property sales, marketing and broking etc has turned the situation critical because of the fact that the country doesn’t have any institution that imparts real estate education. With the objective to fill up this requirement the National Institute of Real Estate Management (NIREM) has come up with a specialized course that will empower aspirants with real estate knowledge and skills. This specialized course is targeted at real estate professionals who are currently serving the industry as well as at new incumbents who want to carve out a career in the industry in different categories such as real estate sales, marketing and brokerage etc.

The highlight of this course is that it will help the learner understand the nuances of real estate business. The course gives special emphasis on real estate sales, marketing and transactions and aims to impart comprehensive knowledge about everything in real estate so that the learner can develop practical skills with ease which otherwise becomes a lengthy learning process. This knowledge and practical skill instills confidence in participants that enable them to handle complex property transactions successfully. Moreover the flexible class timings of this course allow participants to carry on with their regular engagements as they are not required to leave the same. This course is slated to begin from January 2011.
