NRIs is taking keen interest in Indian Realty Expo 2010

The 14th India Realty Expo 2010 organized by Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry’s (MCHI) has been able to attract the interest of a large number of non-resident Indians (NRIs). Around 25 exhibitors received enthusiastic inquiries from NRIs who looked very eager as they dabbled with evaluations. Many developers as well as banks which are participating in the said event have disclosed that they have received lot of inquiries from prospective NRI customers and they hope to close deals very soon.

Mr. Zubin Mehta, CEO of MCHI sounded very upbeat when he reiterated that Dubai home buyers have been always very responsive and that is why MCHI has been able to hold its 14th show here in Dubai. He further added that for the Indian real estate sector Dubai is a key market particularly for its NRI customers. According to Mehta this concept which was pioneered by MCHI has encouraged other players to come into the scene.

NRI customers have always looked up towards the Indian real estate market. They consider India as a thriving investment destination where they can expect to get good returns on their investment. The 14th India Realty Expo 2010 organized by some of the leading real estate builders and developers of the country and held at the Renaissance Hotel in Dubai is targeting those NRIs who are keen to invest in Indian real estate.
