A recent study has revealed that property prices of Prahlad Nagar in Ahmadabad in the state of Gujarat (India) are higher than the property prices in Florida. The current market price in Florida real estate market is USD 70 – USD 125. It depends on the conditions and other features, says Mr. Marcus Wally, international instructor of National Association of Realtors — USA. He was addressing the media in a seminar on real estate organized by National Association of Realtors India.
Gujarat is an industrialized state of India. Many people of this state are also settled aboard. It constitutes the major population of the NRIs. It has led to a sound economic growth of the people from the state. And this also leads to an increased competition amongst the people to own property.
In this occasion 4 realtors association from Gujarat namely, Ahmadabad Realtors Association, and Rajkot Realtors Association, Vadodara Realtors Association, and Surat Realtors Association signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Association of Realtors. – India. Likewise these four associations became affiliated with the national association. It will ensure better coordination amongst the realtors of the country for offering better services.
