Hyatt introduces Hyatt house in India also an agreement for a Hotel in Mumbai

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has introduced new Hyatt house extended stay brand in India, with the consent on the agreement by a Hyatt affiliate for a hotel in Mumbai, the business capital of the country. The company also has announced the development for an additional seven full service hotels and 14 selected service hotels in India which makes a total of 53 Hyatt branded hotels under development in the country.

Hyatt house Mumbai is reported to be located close to the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and near Mumbai’s most vital industrial and commercial districts. The main attractive feature of the hotel includes 170 guestrooms, a multi cuisine restaurant and bar, meeting rooms, a business center, fitness center and a swimming pool. The Hyatt house concept was unveiled in the month of September, 2011 is based on extensive consumer research and offers hospitality in very environmental friendly, smartly designed and contemporary environment.
According to Mr. Steve Haggerty, Global head of real estate and development, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, the introduction for their Hyatt House in India and their decision to make India as the first location apart from the United States for Hyatt place brand reflects their commitment for offering extended stay and select service brands in one of the world’s fastest growing markets.
