The real estate markets of US and UK are undergoing threshold of double recession but still it could not affected the interest of global investors in Indian real estate market. This statement was made by Carlo Barel di SantAlbano, he is the chairman of global property investors firm. He also said that if some good equity company with an efficient plan comes with a view of establishing their project in India, they will surely find a place in the market. At the moment there are many international investors in Indian real estate market.
The plan of action of most of the investors in this recession season is to figure out the measures in terms of investment of money. The countries in Asia have become an important part of investors and corporate company’s strategy plan. The growth prospective in Asian countries is very high. India along with China is at the centre of investor’s strategy because of the geographical area is very high in these countries. If we compare the growth prospects of US and UK with Asia, the growth and development of Asia is much higher than other countries. With the improvement in real estate regulation and transparency, the confidence of investors is increasing with time.
