Mumbai is the city of dreams and it is also one of the protuberant destinations globally. But if we believe the real estate developers according to them the main potential is not in Mumbai in coming year instead it lies in other Indian states. Metropolitan cities like Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon and Delhi are listed as most promising cities for real estate development. These cities provide great opportunities in terms of demography, infrastructure and affordability. Executive director of DLF, Rajeev Talwar said in an interview that NCR is the hot spot of the real estate market.
Delhi being the nation’s capital is the most prominent city for the realty sector. Gurgaon is the strongest NCR as it’s becoming the IT hub for the city and with more and more multinational companies targeting India to establish their business. The demand for office space has also boosting. The chairman of Knight Frank India is expecting that for auctioned land deals NCR is going to be the best market. It is advised to buy land from plot auctions and government organisations. Even the developers are preferring projects that are certain and which can get easily approved by the government. Not only Delhi NCR but periphery of Bangalore and Mumbai are also in the list potential cities in terms of realty development.
