UAE Approves Extension of Visas for Real Estate Investors from Six Months to Three Years

A good new from Dubai came unlashed for Indian real estate investors as their visas will be extended from six months to three years. The UAE federal government finally approved visa extension request that came from India real estate owners. This would definitely support the real estate that were going under heavy loss. The decision was unanimously taken during a cabinet meeting held in Dubai headed by Pime Minister of UAE and ruler of Dubai .It is a true welcoming decision applauded by Indian real estate owners who were waiting since long time for such thrilling news. This step will surely provide Indian engineers to carry out their work with out having any visas problems. The decision is appreciated by Indian Government too.

The Government further announced that it took several effective measures to accelerate economic growth. This decision was a part of its strategy to give visa extension to Indian real estate owners. This would definitely increase the rate of construction work spread and undertaken by Indian real estate owners. In the present time any foreign property owner whose property value is more than 1 crore dirhams is legally eligible for 6 months visa which will be extended periodically with in every six months.
