Pune Based Kumar Urban Development Ltd Looking to Launch Residential/ Commercial Properties in Pune&Mumbai

The famous Kumar Urban Development Ltd is planning to launch its expansion schemes like seven residential and three commercial projects with a total area of 2 to 2.2 million square feet. Other new projects include big residential construction in Pune and five residential and one commercial project at Mumbai. The Company is also looking to arrange one million square feet space for its forthcoming projects. In an interview given to Reality Plus Kruti species that company is committed to complete all its preplanned projects in Mumbai and Pune. Apart from this, new projects will be launched in Bengaluru and Hyderabad after the successful completion of 750 unit project at Begaluru.

The commercial projects will not be similar to mall like designs. Reconstruction of housing societies will also be apart of company expansion plans. Out of 46 Societies Company have already redeveloped seven of them. If the redevelopment plan includes one million sq ft space then the total space to be redeveloped would be 5000.Like last year company built 3000 apartments which would be repeated this year also regardless of number of other projects running in other cities. The company is relentlessly on a process of acquiring land to start up its future projects. This year the output ratio would be more than the last year
