Delhi will witness the launch of one of the most expensive residential project to be developed by DLF. Sources from DLF which is India’s largest real estate major, said that this project will have 38 luxury housing units. The price of these units will vary from Rs 15 to 25 crore. This super luxury residential project has been christened as “DLF King’s Court’ and will be located at Greater Kailash-II in south Delhi. The project will be developed on an area of more than 2.3 acres. According to PTI sources the cost of the project will be about Rs 700 crore.
While sharing information about DLFs premium project in Greater Kailash-II, Mr. Rajeev Talwar, the group executive director said that in the past DLF had developed several residential projects in Gurgaon and colonies in Delhi. Through this project the company will offer about 27 flats where sizes will range from 5,000 sq ft and 7,200 sq ft. This project shall also have11 villas with each having an area of 7,000 sq ft.
Mr. Talwar said that these premium apartments will be the first one of its kind to come up in Delhi. The company has already started the construction and plans to hand over possession in the next three years.
