The mother of all deals by any real estate company in India is here as Evander Holifield, the five times world heavyweight boxing champion is signed by Sanghvi Brand, which is primarily a real estate company in India. Holifield has agreed to share his expertise with the budding boxing stars in India for the next 20 years. The famous boxer will start his training from April, 2010.
Sanghvi Group is planning to open approximately 12 fitness centres in India by the name Evander Holifield fitness centre. Holifield is supposed to visit India twice or thrice every year to train the Indian boxers in Evander Holifield fitness chain. In case, he cannot personally visit this fitness chain, he will interact with the boxers through video conferencing. Delhi will have one centre while Mumbai and Bangalore will have two. Apart from boxing ring, these fitness centres will also have spa, and other fitness facilities. These fitness facilities will mainly be available in the centres of Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
This real estate company is also has plans to set up four boxing academies for training the boxers. These boxing centres will mostly be located at Northern India as this part of the country has already produced a number of world-class boxers. It’s a distinctive step taken by a real estate company in India.
