Casa Grande, a prime property developer of Chennai, recently
announced the launch of a 1000 villas project worth Rs. 1250 crores to come up
in Perumbakkam area of Chennai,along the Sholinganallur belt.
According to Mr Arun Kumar, Managing Director, the luxury
project offers duplex apartments with area ranging from 1850 to 2500 square
feet at a cost starting at Rs. 1 crore. The project will complete by 2015. In
the meantime, prelaunch response has been quite positive, with moe than 30 per
cent villas sold. Casa Grande already has projects such as Casa Grande Urbano
Phase II and Casa Grande Epica in Mahalingapuram in the pipeline. Versailles , Future,
Pavilion, Platino, Solitaire, Auburn ,
White Oak and Coral Reef are among its other projects.
Casa Grande is a Chennai based developer operating since
2005 and has developed over 2.5 million square feet in luxury residential
housing spread across Coimbatore ,
Bangalore and
Chennai.
Earlier, Casa Grande saw an investment by Mumbai’s Avenue
Ventures Real Estate Fund to the tune of Rs. 25 crores out of a total proposed
amount of Rs. 55 crores to give it a boost.
