The Directory of Ahmedabad Realtors’ Association (ARA) has started a new initiative to not only help the customers with the details of the REAL ESTATE consultants but they’ll also help them with some legal aspects of the property deals. So now if one is looking for a good real estate consultant to help him buy, sale, lease or even rent a property in and around the city of Ahmedabad, he can simply refer to the directory to be published by the association.
The Association is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR). It has said that it will release the first directory of the real estate brokers in the city on Wednesday. According to Mr. Pravin Bavadiya, President, ARA, the directory will consist of contact details of nearly 200 real estate brokers of the city which are associated with the ARA.
All the major cities of the country already have such directory of real estate consultants. This directory would help the buyers and sellers of the property find the details of the right person for their requirements. Also the list would contain the details of the brokers which are registered with the association so one can place trust upon such brokers. The president added that the directory can be perceived as an authentic piece of information of the real estate consultants in the city who’ll work in a professional and effective manner.
