CREDAI in its report has suggested the development of integrated township tothe cities because of the expected rise in the population of cities is likely to make tremendous pressure on the urban infrastructure. The confederation of real estate developers association of India has brought up many suggestions regarding strengthening of transportation system which will help the GHMC that is greater Hyderabad municipal corporation proposal for master plan. The master plan of GHMC is quite big and aims to reform many new areas of aspect. It plans to seek all aspects related to development, transportation, planning and other amenities which are required in the growth of cities. The draft of the master plan has been released for the public suggestions.
The Hyderabad municipal development (HMDA) authority has announced that the deadline for submitting suggestions and complains has been extended for two more months that is up to 21st October in order to come up with a final master plan. CREDAI has teamed up with ITPI that is institute of town planning of India, Andhra Pradesh and have formed separate groups in order to bring new changes in the master plan and to finalise it. This followed draft workshops in which more than 400 people from different background took part and gave their suggestions.
