Godrej Properties and Godrej Boyce To Jointly Develop Projects in Moosapet, Hyderabad.

Relatively speaking, Godrej Properties is a recent entrant to the properties sector but with the corporate image of Godrej for quality and tradition, buyers can hope for some quality housing. Godrej Properties and Godrej Boyce jointly announced they are going ahead with development of 9.16 acres land at Moosapet, Hyderabad with Godrej Buildcorp LLP, handling front end of the project. The other project is slated to come up at Thane.

In all the area to be developed will be about 2 million sq.ft. Godrej Properties will get a 35% share of the profit from sale of property. Godrej Property Developers LLP, a special purpose vehicle of the companies, has plans for a 3 acre plot in Thane, total development area to be in the region of 0.26 million square feet, again on profit sharing basis with Godrej Properties standing to receive 32%.

Godrej Properties also plan to develop Godrej Garden City on the Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway near Ahmedabad, proposing 2 and 3 BHK at Rs. 30.25 and Rs. 50.73 lakhs respectively. Its Godrej Woodsman Estate Annexe in Bangalore is proposed to be a lavish living experience. Its Godrej Palm Grove, again in Bangalore, is a 12.5 acre residential complex offering 3 and 2 BHK apartments on NH4 Bengaluru Highway, with lush greenery and a view of the Chembarambakkan Lake.

If all eyes are on Gurgaon and Noida, Godrej is not away from the action, Godrej Frontier properties offering 3 and 4 bedroom houses along with exclusive penthouses, offering airy lighted living spaces with breathtaking view outside.

In line with Godrej and Boyce’s reputation for quality at fair prices, buyers may hope for distinctive, quality homes at reasonable rates.
