New Delhi: ATS group, which is a trusted brand when it comes to elite real estate companies in India having world-class projects near and around Delhi have today announced in a press conference that it is going to start with a real estate project in Gurgaon.
The group has already acquired two plots in the city, one measuring 12.2 acres in sector-109 and another around 10.5 acres in sector-104. Apparently both these lands are alongside the Northern Periphery Road (NPR) which is already proposed to link the Delhi International Airport to NH-8 via Dwarka. A payment of approx. Rs. 140 crore has already been paid by the company for the land acquisition. According to the sources the company is expected to invest a sum over Rs. 400 crore for the development of this project.
The company is planning to expand further and acquire more land for its future projects. The group also expects to launch its project in sector 109 late this year after acquiring all the approvals from the concerned authorities. This project is actually a joint development with the Chintels Group, land owners. The company has got financial closure in the other project at sector 104. The project will be so prices as to give enough competition to the other real estate developers and to benefit the customers as well as the investors.
