SARE buys 100 acres of land in Navi Mumbai from Silver Oak

The famous real state company that is South Asian Real Estate is believed to have end up business deal with Silver Oak.Instead of an old deal of buying 100 acre of land in Navi Mumbai both have decided to join hands and take business to another level.SARE will continue to have majority hold in the company. The new deal will try hands in construction and development. The estimated cost of the project will be $350 million which will be financed from various sources. Ernst and Young will take over as consulting department.
The time limit to finish the project is 5 to 7 years. Government has decided to set up a new International airport around Navi Mumbai. Most of the real estate company’s are interested in undertaking projects at thios place.The performance graph of SARE has recorded an elevation of Rs 2000 crore since 2006.Currently company have 8 big projects across country including Navi Mumbai integrated township one. It is one of the dream projects after the successful completion of 112 acre project at Chennai. The forthcoming plans include a huge investment in a project costing around 50 – 75 crore in every three months.
