Leading real estate master planner cum developer Rakindo Developers Pvt Ltd is planning for various real estate http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifdevelopments within its Kovai Hills project which is located in Coimbatore. The developer plans to invest about Rs 300-400 crore in these developments which will be done within this fiscal (2011-2012). These investments which will be made in the 850 acre property will be utilized for the development of a golf course, a golf academy, a sports complex, a club-house and few residential spaces. According to company sources internal accruals and customer advances will generate the required funds.
Kovai Hills is an 850 acre integrated township located near Perur in Coimbatore which is popular as a golf resort. The property is bounded by hill ranges and has an 18-hole championship golf course along with world class villas and luxurious amenities where nature is at its abundance.
Mr. Shiva Lakshmanan, the assistant vice president (business development) of Rakindo Developers while interacting with Realty Plus said that the company is planning to invest about Rs 300-400 crore in the Kovai Hills project within the next one year for various real estate developments. An affordable housing project called Orchids is already being developed within the Kovai Hills property and will be handed over within the next twelve months.
