A new premium luxury residential complex named Richmond Villas has been launched in Hyderabad by Hyderabad based real estate developer Keerthi Estates. Keerthi Estates has almost two decades of reahttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifl estate development experience by virtue of its operations in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Richmond Villas project is spread over an area of over 24 acres and is located near Andhra Pradesh Police Academy circle which is adjacent to the new International Airport. Surrounded by lush green landscape the project will offer 157 villas under the 4BHK slab.
Mr. K Anil Kumar Reddy, the managing director of Keerthi Estates said that sizes of each villa will range from 3,400 sq ft (covering more than 300 square yards) to 4,000 sq ft (covering over 466 square yards). It will be in triplex style consisting of a large multipurpose hall which if the buyer prefers can be turned into a mini theatre, bar or gym. The cost of each villa will vary between Rs 1.25 crore and Rs 1.85 crore depending on the size and amenities.
Mr. Reddy while talking to reporters from Financial Chronicle said that Richmond Villas, because of its convenient location will provide easy commuting to schools, hospitals, educational institutions and retail shopping areas.
