‘SBI Utsav’ which is a three day event is being organized by State Bank of India (SBI) at St Mark’s Road in Bangalore where the local head office of the bank is located. This three day event will be celebrating its second edition and is being powered by Times Red Cell.
An array of home loan products will be showcased by SBI during this event. A 0.25% concession in interest rate from the fourth year of the home loan is being offered by the bank if availed through the event. Almost 60 real estate developers including auto dealers are expected to participate in the event.
According to Ms. Soundara Kumar, the chief general manager of SBI (Karnataka) the bank expects to get business to the tune of Rs 550-600 crore from ‘SBI Utsav’. She said that home loans would be driven by IT and public sector employees and the ticket size is expected to be in the Rs 20-25 lakh bracket.
Home loans can be availed by customers in four days who are buying apartments in projects which have availed SBI loans. The event which will begin from Friday will continue till Sunday and the timings are 4pm to 7pm on Friday and 11am to 7pm on Saturday/Sunday.
