Better Option Propmart (BOP), a real estate management and advisory firm of Delhi, has come with a first of its kind unique project. Under this project, the firm plans to set up 15 real estate boutiques christened ‘BOP Studio’ all over north India.
The ‘BOP Studio’ would act like a property consultancy/purchase walk-in-store where consultants will offer counseling to real estate customers free of cost. These studios will have the feel of a high end store where customers will get access to information about various ongoing real estate projects currently underway in all over north India.
According to Amit Mavi, the company’s managing director, customers can freely avail real estate consultancy from these stores without being obligated to make any purchases. The idea is to provide them with good real estate advice rather than pitching for sales.
Each studio will be built up on an initial investment of at least 60 lakhs which will have a floor area of 2000 square feet. Plan are afoot to set up these studios in happening real estate hotspots of north India like Agra, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida, Meerut etc.
It is expected that BOP studios in every city will be able to achieve Rs.150 crores in sales provided it handles 10 projects per year.
The success of this ambitious and unique project depends on how it turns out to be.
