At present the company has 10 hotels all over India. This company, which is a part of the global hotel chain ‘Best Western International’ was established in India in 2007 and since then has been operating on a franchisee model. Many important cities in India like Mohali, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc. have been catered to by this company. An interesting and impressive fact is that the international version of the company is operative in about 80 countries and manages about 4200 hotels.

The management of this real estate company India takes full cognizance of the need of more rooms in this sector and wants to plug in this gap between demand and supply. In fact, they want to set up many of the proposed hotels by this year-end itself. The company is very confident of its expansion project as it boasts of an international brand name that has been liked much by the Indian customers. The management of the company believes that high-class servicing and branding is the mantra of the day that would result in increased profits for the hotel industry in the near future.
