Changing Nature of Real Estate in India

Indian real estate is facing an archetypal shift. Before 1991 this industry was unorganized. But with the foreign investment it started flourishing. MNCs are now exploring each and every part of the country for setting their foundations. May it be a metro city, a small city or a town, each and every potential part is now at the target of professionals dealing with this real estate business. Business groups of India like Tatas, Birlas, Reliance, Godrej, Wadias etc. have established new points of references for property deals.
Real estate industry provides opportunity to Indians to buy a house of their dreams. Every one wants a home in the lap of nature where he can live with peace. Real estate industry of India provides these dream houses close to nature in the concrete form. In India a good thing is happening. By making housing colonies and integrated townships, builders provide environment friendly safe colonies to people at considerable prices.
The incoming of MNCs and Indian business tycoons is a welcome step but it has generated big problems for common masses that want to purchase their small dream house. Government is now taking some steps to give relief to laymen who want to buy a very small home but these steps are not much workable. The positive side of the picture is that many Indian real estate developers are now being successful in getting overseas projects.
